Question: How do you buy cryptocurrency?
Answer: At the moment, we are offering our clients several options to buy cryptocurrency:

Question: How do you withdraw cryptocurrency?
Answer:In order to make a request for the cryptocurrency funds withdrawing, you need to fill in the special form in Personal Account field using our web portal services.
Question:: How do you deposit cryptocurrency?
Answer:In order to make a deposit, you need to fill in deposit form in your Personal Account field.
Question: Do I need to hold my private electronic wallet to trade with KFE?
Answer: If you want to withdraw cryptocurrency to your private/personal wallet, then you need to create your additional wallet for this purpose. Otherwise, you can keep your coins at KFE account and there is no need to create your own wallets.
Question: What are the fees for making cryptocurrency deposit or withdraw?
Answer: All fees are mentioned in your personal tariff and trade agreement. Moreover, further information on fees and tariff can be found on our website link.
Answer:After receiving your request, it should be proceeded within the working day. If you made a request after 15:00 Moscow Time, then the request can be proceeded on the next working day.

Answer: You can only buy cryptocurrency for EUR. If you have RUB or USD on your accounts, we can offer you to make a currency conversion to buy euros, and then cryptocurrency.
However, you can sell cryptocurrency for EUR or USD.
Answer: No, we cannot make any automatic currency conversions without an agreement. Client can make currency conversion either through the Personal Account field, or through the broker desks.
Answer: We are currently making most of the trades via KRAKEN or BITSTAMP depending on the liquidity.

Answer: Client can make a limit order with certain price below the market or at the current market price. All orders are placing with Good To Cancel (GTC) option. It means that the Client need to cancel the order manually.
Question: When the orders are received by the brokers?

Question:Is there any margin lending can be available for cryptocurrency?
Answer:Unfortunately, there is no margin lending available for crypto currency. However, there is a possibility to use your other assets to make crypto currency trades https://kfe.ee/services/brokerage-services/margin-lending.
Question: Can I place short order on crypto currency market?
Answer:Short trades are not available.
Question: Is it possible to buy crypto currency if I have other margin assets (equities, bonds)?
Answer: Yes, it is possible. You can get more information about margin requirements and margin lending list here.
Question:What are the fees / commissions for crypto currency trades?
Answer:All fees and commissions are mentioned in your tariff list.
Question: What is the minimum lot size for crypto currency trades?

Question: What type of taxes do I need to pay after withdrawing my funds with profit after selling cryptocurrency? And what kind of documents do I need to provide?
Answer:In order to complete self-assessment tax form, KFE Company can provide you with the full statement for the period from 1st of January until 31 of December. You need to calculate necessary tax tariff by yourself.
Question: What documents natural person is required to provide in order to open an account?
Answer: Full list of documents required for opening of an investment account is available on our website in Appendix №3.
Brief description:
Copies of documents specified above shall be verified by the notary or by the employee of the Investment Firm accepting these documents, provided that original documents are also shown or documents are marked with an apostille, unless required otherwise by the international agreement between Estonia and the country of registration/citizenship of the Client.
Documents shall be provided in the Estonian, Russian or English language. If documents are prepared in other language, documents shall be translated into Estonian, Russian or English and marked with an apostille, and the notary shall verify this translation, unless required otherwise by the international agreement between Estonia and the country of registration/citizenship of the Client. Additional certification of documents (an apostille or legalization) arranged in the territory of Russian Federation, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland is not required.
Documents provided to the tax agent of Russian Federation shall be translated into Russian and marked with an apostille, and the notary shall verify this translation, unless required otherwise by the international agreement between Estonia and the country of registration/citizenship of the Client (final recipient of income from transactions with financial instruments).
Question: What is the main difference between signing an agreement with the head Company registered in Estonia and the Company’s Cyprus branch?
Answer: The Client independently chooses with what Company to sign an agreement. However, there is a difference related to provision of access to instruments.
Question: I use QUIK terminal and am charged 50 USD per month. I intend to suspend operations with your Company, but do not plan to terminate the agreements. How to avoid this commission?
Answer: You can temporarily block access to QUIK terminal by sending a request via one of the following methods:

Question: What rate is applied, if an order is sent in electronic form to orders@kfe.ee or is submitted in paper form at the Company’s office?
Answer: Orders received via email or in paper form are classified as voice orders. Please note that commission of 2 EUR/2 USD/150 RUB is charged on submission of orders via email or in paper form (excluding deposit of funds).
Question: I would like to buy GOOGLE (Apple, etc) shares. How much per month will I pay for storage of these securities?
Answer: Tariffs are different. In your example, the rate will constitute 0.03% per annum taking into account the value of shares at the end of the month. Detailed information may be found here
Question: How to change the tariff?
Answer: In order to change the tariff, it is necessary to send a request to settlements@kfe.ee. If additional information or actions are required, you will be informed via email.
Question: I am the Company’s Client and am not a citizen of Russian Federation. At the same time, I invest into shares of Russian companies and receive dividends. I am resident of the country with whom Russian Federation has signed the agreement of avoidance of double taxation. What is needed from me in order to pay 13% instead of 30% in tax?
Answer: For Clients, who receive income from transactions or instruments falling under taxation in Russian Federation – tax certificate or any other document confirming tax residence for the current tax period (calendar year). It is necessary to provide this document on annual basis.
Documents provided to the tax agent of Russian Federation shall be translated into Russian and marked with an apostille, and the notary shall verify this translation, unless required otherwise by the international agreement between Estonia and the country of registration/citizenship of the Client (final recipient of income from transactions with financial instruments).
Question: I would like to submit the tax declaration and pay taxes on income gained from operations on international exchanges. What documents the Company can provide?
Answer: The Company can provide consolidated financial statements from 1st January to 31st December. Taxpayer calculates taxable base independently.
Questions: Does the Company act as the tax agent?
Answer: According to the current legislation of Estonia, AS KIT Finance Europe does not act as the tax agent for foreign investors (non-residents of Estonia) gaining income from transactions with financial instruments. Investors (non-residents of Estonia and Cyprus) gaining income from transactions with financial instruments are exempt from payment of any taxes on the territories of Estonia and Cyprus.
The non-resident Clients of the USA gaining income from transactions with American Depositary Receipts do not pay taxes on such income in the territory of the USA.
All investors gaining income from transactions with financial instruments and with the use of services of Estonian investment firms, independently estimate and transfer into the budget income tax in accordance with the legislation of jurisdiction of investors.
Question: How to get access to the Personal Account?
Answer: You can fill in a request on the Company’s website. When the processing of this request is over, technical support will send the login and password to your authorized email.
Question: How to restore access to the Personal Account?
Answer: Access can be restored on our website, by pressing the «Forgot Password?» button.
Question: Can I submit trade orders through the Personal Account?
Answer: Yes, you can. Use «Submit Instruction» section of the Personal Account and select order type – exchange or OTC.
Question: I have received new foreign passport. How to update personal data?
Answer: You can use «Application form for a natural person» section of the Personal Account. Please also send a scanned copy of the document.
Question: Can I change my email via the Personal Account?
Answer: Yes, you can. Fill in new application form and stipulate new email address. As soon as employees of the Company start processing it, you will see the status of your new application.
Question: Where to track account operations/transactions?
Answer: Upon completion of trading day and in case of availability of operations, the Client receives the account statement with reflection of all of the transactions and commissions for the last calendar day. Account statement is sent to the email address specified in the Client’s application form during the opening of the investment account. Example of the account statement may be found here.
Question: How to receive consolidated account statement in electronic form?
Answer: It is necessary to write a request to settlements@kfe.ee.
Question: How to submit buy/sell order without access to QUIK terminal?
Answer: An order can be submitted via the phone with the aid of voice passwords. Also, an order can be sent from authorized email address to orders@kfe.ee or submitted in paper form at the Company’s office.
Question: I have dollars on the account, but would like to purchase euro-denominated security without trading on margin. Is it possible?
Answer: In order to perform such operation it is necessary to convert USD into EUR firstly. This can be done via the:

Answer: In order to deposit funds to the investment account, please use the requisites specified on the Company’s website: http://www.kfe.ee/documents/replenishment/. From the list of requisites, please choose only requisites of the Company you have signed the agreement with:

Question: What is the commission for withdrawal of funds?
Answer: Commission for withdrawal of funds depends on the currency and type of order placement:
Orders submitted via fax, email or in paper form (excluding Funds Deposit Instruction submitted at the Company’s office) are charged 2 USD/2 EUR/150 RUB.
Question: How much time does it take to withdraw the funds?
Answer: Orders for withdrawal of funds are accepted from 8:30 to 14:00 Tallinn time (working days). Non-trade orders for withdrawal of funds or securities are executed no later than 3 (business & banking) days following the day of receipt of the order.
