KIT Finance Europe provides custodial services on Russian and global markets. We continuously work on improvement and expansion of this service, and now offer our clients the possibility of settlement and storage of securities on more than 30 platforms.:

The line of custodial products of KIT Finance Europe includes the following services:

• Settlement of transactions, including deposit, transfer or withdrawal of both exchange-traded and OTC securities.
• Storage of securities.
• Conversion of depositary receipts into local shares and back.
• Transfer of income on securities.
• Provision of information on corporate events and participation in them at the request of the client.
• Up-to-date reports with all custodial operations.

KIT Finance Europe employs high requirements when choosing partners through which the Company performs custodial transactions. At present KIT Finance Europe holds custodial and brokerage accounts in largest banks and brokerage houses in Russia, Europe and America.

KIT Finance Europe provides isolated storage and accounting of assets of clients in relation to own assets, being guided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union (MIFID). Additional protection of assets of clients is provided by the Guarantee Fund AYR.
