In order to update your identification documents, please use the Personal Account.

  1. 1. Fill in the application form in the Personal Account, or make a change to existing one which has been created before. Make sure that provided information is appropriate and correct. Please pay specific attention onto the ID documents, the proof of address, an the contact details.
  2. Attention! For the residents from Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS – if you have a valid foreign passport, you need to fill in application form according to that passport.

  3. 2. If any information on your documents (ID, foreign passport, and proof of address) has been changed, you need to attach scanned copy of appropriate pages on the Step 6 in the Documents. Please note, it is necessary to provide original copy of the documents (proving your signature) for scanning by our representatives (alternatively, you can provide notarial copy of the document) in accordance with requirements for documents provision. Investment firm would not accept any changes unless all requirements were met.
  4. 3. Send the updated application form.
  5. 4. You can follow confirmation progress in your PA. You need to make sure that your changes have been accepted. Our representatives will return the form with their comments if there are any issues.
  6. 5. In case of returning the form, you need to make changes to your application form to meet necessary requirements.
