  1. 1. Fill in the application form in Personal Account or make changes to existing one (if necessary). Many steps from the application process have hints, which make the whole process easier. The compulsory fields for filling in are marked with red stars.
  2. 2. If the changes are connected with changes in the address, the size of carter capital, the legal organization status, the management, the company representatives, the licenses etc. , then you need to provide us with further documents. You can attach necessary scanned documents on the appropriate Steps in the Documents. Please note that you need to make sure that you are following specific document requirements and rules while submitting the changes in the Power of Attorney for the representatives, the notification of management or representative changes. Investment firm would not accept any changes unless all requirements were met.
  3. 3. Please use the Save function in order not to lose your current progress, or if you want to postpone the updating your details. You can preview your application form on print mode (you need to switch from Change mode to Preview mode in the top right corner of the form).
  4. 4. Send the updated application form.
  5. 5. You can follow confirmation progress in your PA. You need to make sure that your changes have been accepted. Our representatives will return the form with their comments if there are any issues.
  6. 6. In case of returning the form, you need to make changes to your application form to meet necessary requirements.
