The transition to the winter time

Please note that due to the transition to the winter time on 26th October in Europe and 2nd November in the U.S, the time difference between Moscow and NY will be 7 hours for the period from 26th October till 2nd November, starting from 2nd November the time difference between Moscow and NY will be 8 hours. Please consider this fact when working in Western markets.

Non-trading orders will be taken in normal mode without any changes.
