Notification of changes in Tariffs of AS KIT Finance

Dear Clients!

Thank you for co-operation with KIT Finance Europe.

We would like to draw your attention to the following changes to the Terms and Conditions of Rendering Investments Services KIT Finance Europe:

• Added the following terms and their explanation: suspension of operations, sanctions, related person

• The following clauses have been changed: clauses 17.30, 21.1, 21.3, 21.4 and 22.3 - 22.8.

We have updated tariffs of KIT Finance Europe with the following changes:

• “KIT Trade” brokerage tariff was abolished

• “KIT Prime” brokerage and custodial services tariff were abolished

• “KIT VIP” brokerage and custodial services tariffs were amended

Changes will come into force on 01.03.2021

The clients previously served by “KIT Trade” and “KIT Prime” tariffs starting from 01.03.2021 will be served by “KIT VIP” brokerage and custodial tariffs.
