Notification about restrictions by regulators of different countries

Dear Client!

Please note that certain restrictions have been introduced by regulators of different countries as well as by prime brokers, the services of which are used by KFE:

MOEX: In connection with the measures taken by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation aimed at stabilization of the financial market, restrictions have been introduced on sale transactions and transfers of securities from the accounts of non-residents of the Russian Federation.

LSE IOB: Restrictions imposed by the prime broker relate to an inability to further increase existing positions. At the moment the clients can only decrease or liquidate their positions.
