Dear clients!

Please note that various types of information (certificates, client reports, statements, etc.) will be provided to you only upon written request within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant request.

For the issuance of data to customers with terminated contracts, a fee of 100 euros (VAT will be added) is charged for each response to the request issued. If necessary, postage costs may be added to the cost.
