Notification about contacts

In Personal Account you can monitor the status of your order, update questionnaires related to KYC procedures, send messages/requests to the Company using the “Free Form” template and much more. Electronic exchange of documents via Personal Account is free of charge.

Please pay attention that for processing of trade and non-trade orders sent by e-mail or in paper form (hard copy) an additional fee of EUR 5 / USD 5 / RUB 350 is charged.

Authorized e-mail addresses for communication with the Company are as follows:

• Trade orders: orders@kfe.ee
• Non-trade orders and issues related to reporting/account maintenance: clients@kfe.ee
• Issues related to installation and use of trading platforms: support@kfe.ee

Orders sent to e-mail addresses not mentioned in this notification might be rejected or not processed by the Company.
