Client notification on the amendments to Terms and Conditions of rendering investment services

Please be aware that starting from 20 July 2015 amendments of the Terms and Conditions of rendering investment services of AS KIT Finance Europe (hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions), as well as tariffs and other appendices to the Terms and Conditions are coming into force.

These amendments mainly concern the clarification of the Russian Federation tax legislations, which require identification of the actual recipient of the income coming from financial securities traded in the Russian markets. In particular, the Investment firm is entitled to require the Clients (actual income recipients/beneficiaries) to provide tax certificates and other documents as a proof of preferential taxation right in Russia. Also in terms of custodial services, the instruction form has been amended so that it clearly distinguishes between the types of custodial operations.
