Hereby we inform you that starting from 25th May 2018 new Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council referred to as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) comes into force. The main objectives of GDPR are associated with modification of principles of processing, storage and transfer of personal data, protection of confidentiality of natural persons in the European Union as well as improvement of transparency for individuals regarding the use of their data by third parties. Within the framework of new regulatory requirements, KIT Finance Europe has developed Principles of processing and transfer of clients’ personal data, made corresponding amendments in the Terms and Conditions of rendering investment services, standard brokerage and custody agreements and asset management services. These amendments came into force on 25th May 2018.
